Gina Winchester-Harne
A native of the Teton
Basin of Idaho, Gina’s
initial studies were
directed toward the
visual arts before moving
to Atlanta, where she
worked in graphic design
and communications.
She discovered her passion
for landscape design
working for Post Properties
and eventually started
Designed Environments,
Inc. Gina joined Joe
A. Gayle & Associates
in 2001, finding a common
design philosophy and
creative energy.
She brings more than
twenty years of landscape
design and installation
expertise to her work
and has enjoyed working
with a large variety
of clients. She lives
with her husband John,
who is an artist and
her 9 year old son Carson.

Wayne Walter
A Bachelors Degree in
Landscape Architecture
from the University
of Georgia in 2000 and
a Masters Degree from
Joe Gayle’s Institute
of thinking Outside
the Box, Wayne has been
with Joe A. Gayle &
Associates, Inc. since
2002. His strengths
are presentation graphics,
communications, budget
formatting, and client
relations.
His wife is currently
in Veterinary School
at the University of
Georgia and will be
graduating in 2008.
They are expecting their
first child in August
of 2007.

Andrew Kilinski
State of Georgia Registered
Landscape Architect
Bachelors in Landscape
Architecture from the
University of Georgia,
2000 and newest member
to our staff, Andrew’s
skills include site
analysis, planting design,
drafting by hand or
digitally, and producing
presentation and marketing
graphics.
His wife is currently
in Architecture School
at the Georgia Tech
and will graduate in
2008. He also spends
time as a working musician
and enjoys being outdoors.

De Angela
Deangela joined our
staff in 2005 and has
been a significant asset
to our company. She
has modernized our previously
antiquated bookkeeping
techniques and handles
all accounting and payroll
for our staff. She currently
lives in Marietta with
her son C who is 7 years
old.

Charlie Massey
Charlie began in 1995
as a protégé
of Joe Gayle and introduced
Joe to CAD design. Their
collaboration lasted
10 years in the Atlanta
area and continues today.
The combined artistic
and computer talents
of Charlie & Joe
raised the bar for CAD
design, as Charlie &
Joe were some of the
first to hybridize CAD
design by introducing
hand drawn elements
to computer design.
Charlie currently resides
in Tennessee with his
family and has continued
his passion for landscape
design following the
business model of Joe
Gayle & Associates.
He is a valued friend
& associate of Joe
Gayle.
